I have found two of these this year while metal detecting and I can not find anything on them it weighs 12.8 grams

Not a coin, and it doesn't appear to be a hobo quarter, which was sometimes done instead of the more popular hobo nickel.

Something neat but not too valuable. At the same time, a Buffalo nickel collector might give a few bucks for it just because it is different.
