XF45 details, scratch on the cheek and through the point of the bust would probably body bag it in this condition; your photos make the surface look weird -- very rough, and dull.

That "scratch" at the point of the bust is likely a die scratch. Just so you guys know, these are scans, which are known to wash out the appearance of a coin.

Yeah, I bet this one looks a lot better in hand. XF45 still seems about right for a grade. I think the hair is too weak to pull an AU. But I may be wrong :)

Even though it is very dull, I think in hand it would pull AU-50 but not much more

I would say XF-AU if I had it for sale and I see a high XF (or weak strike) as a buyer, citing flatness on hair above and behind eye, top 2 leaves, and back edge of cap on obverse, along with flatness on top two grain bundles on reverse. Don't get me wrong, nice coin that may be AU, but from a critical eye, there are places...
