To me this one shouldn't have been listed. I'm not seeing any hub doubling on the 054. Looks more like die polishing altered the area in question.

On your coin the tops of the fingers look raised higher? If so it maybe just a die cracks/small chips on this area? But you might want to mark it and keep it aside for now.
