It came in an uncleaned lot I received today. The patina looked to be coming off so I gave it a quick soak and nothing else to not risk further damage.
The reverse appears to be Apollo standing but, based on the close-up, doesn't look like Basileus for the legend. Instead, I think it may read "AP - delta - IAN - omega..." which suggests Sardes, Lydia: Herakles obverse, Apollo with bird/raven and laurel branch reverse.
