couple small rim bumps but otherwise a nice example I thought. What grade would you give her? http://www.ebay.com/itm/20143696254...RK:MEBIDX:IT
Rest in Peace

EF-40, no hint of cleaning, but it would detail because of that wicked rim bump at 11:30 on obverse. Nice for that date, though. It took me quite a while to find a '47 that I liked. In fact, the '47 was the last 1840's LC I added to my set. Neat die breaks on that N-13, too.

Agree EF-40 details. Shame about the bump.

not sure I would call the bumps wicked but its hard to find n-13 large cents with this amount of detail for a decent price.

Not significant of a ding to give it a details grade IMHO. I'll call her a nice XF-45BN. Beautiful coin.

The thing that makes me question the most is what's on the reverse between "OF" and "America". That green thing - don't know if it's in the 2x2 or on the outside, but it looks like a piece of broccoli, maybe from someone's mouth....ewww

Agree EF40, and also agree the ding might not detail it, doesn't show through to the reverse. Hopefully the piece of spinach will fall away.
