Just got a Hershey Company history in which on page62 mention is made of company payment tokens given to piece workers for their production between pay periods. These tokens denominated from 1/4 cent to $300.00 could then be cashed in or used to buy Hershey products at special rates like 20 dozen Kisses for 10 cents. This was in the 1920's. Has anyone ever seen these?

There are more, start here and either type "hershey chocolate" in one of the search boxes or find Hershey in the drop down list of towns http://tokencatalog.com/display_rec...l%20Listings

Cool tokens. I didn't know about these tokens. My father retired from Hershey but he didn't work on Hershey PA. Is a young collector I did pick this up via mail back in 1963.
