Its' a Close AM.

The "FG" is too far from the memorial.

Also the A in STATES is closer to the right T. On a WAM it would be centered between them.

Denver-minted Wide AMs are not possible after 1996 because Denver had its own die shop at that time and unlike Philadelphia, no proof dies would have been on the premises.

not to mention - even if it was a Wide AM - the condition it is in makes it almost unimportant. I'm not sure that I would keep that one - even if it was a Wide AM. just my opinion..
