Hi,
I recently found this coin, I would like to know if you think it is a 1943 Copper Cent.

There is absolutely no way to be sure it is a 1943 because of the environmental damage. I also believe, if you could, it would be worth VERY little because of said damage.

Purely speculative. I doubt it though.

dp082804, to CCF.
As noted from fellow members, this coin would be a fantastic find.
The pictures do not help seeing the date.
Can you weigh it?

Too damaged for me to tell. But the odds make it highly unlikely.

Here is another picture of the date, and I will try to get the weight of the coin. Thanks so much for the responses

Can't make out the date myself with this picture either. Being under typical weight, the enviro damage has reduced the coin. It may remain a mystery.
