The lines intersect at his jaw line and are clearly raised although the horizontal one is much more prominent. I researched cancelled dies and highly doubted that only other thought was PMD with a knife or something and the signs of it mostly dissipated with 70 yrs of circulation-does not appear to be die cracks...anyone else?

They used a box knife at an angle and made it look like it is raised. PSD (another ruined coin)

Thought I possibly seen a knife mark in the vertical line but could not in the horizontal line-thanks coop!
