I believe so. Does it have the die marker on the "F" in OF?

It seems there is the blob but not so sure. I didn't want to post pics because I wanted to make first an acetone bath but here are the pics of obverse and reverse. I will add new detailed pics with usb microscope after the acetone bath.

At first impression seemed to me a VAM 3 because of the extra metal under the eyelid. Checking other more desirables...
I already have the 14.7 ( https://goccf.com/t/239279 ) and wishing to have someone else...

Have you ruled out 14.12 and 14.14?

At first I discarded the 14.11 but I had some doubts about 14.12 however after photos made with the microscope usb I think it could be a VAM 3 although I have some doubts due to some missing matches with vamworld VAM 3 page (left stars die cracks, die crack from the fourth right star to the rim, die chip eagle's mouth area, die chips eagle's left wing, die chip tip of eagle's right wing, right stars die cracks and radial die crack) but maybe these aren't die markers.
