silverstacker2015 hello ok it appears to be doubled. I will take you and image of a coin that has lots of doubling. then I will take you and image of my setup. if you want with this setup you can check coins as well with it.

ok here is and image of tripling. this is on a Canadian toonie the whole coin is tripled. doubling there would be just 2 level. this coin has 3 levels. I am using a camera, bellows and microscope objective. 4 power. the objective pushed out that far from the camera. ray would know what magnification I would be getting. its probably 10 power at least or more. this is what you can see on a computer screen. with this setup for checking coins hope it helps

So this quarter is just face value? Are any of the State Quarters known to have DD's?

John1 is correct. Look at the false shape of the mint mark. A sure give away. The left side of the "O" looks like coin contact. Not a DDO
