Will the marks(rim and eagle) on the reverse be enough to make it Details only? Are there any other issues I may be missing? What grade would you give it? I am looking to upgrade.

26S Peace dollars are normally well struck unlike other San Francisco dollars (1922-1925). I agree with a ms63 grade, maybe a 64 on a good day. There are a few distracting marks I see on liberty's face, which keeps it a 63 IMO.

Great Southern is notorious for making coins look their best in photography - the actual coin will seldom look like their pictures. For that reason, I would say AU for this one. Any sign of a flaw on a Great Southern photo usually means wear.
