I found this unused Whitman in a box under the stairs. I bought it around 1972 for 39 cents and never used it. I'm guessing there isn't much of a market for such things, but what the heck, take a break from looking at coins and check out this MS-64 album.

They still look a lot like it. I'm totally terrified of that after seeing my mother in laws prized childhood wheat i.e. collection destroyed. They were just mounds of green goo. Seen nasty things happen to mercs in them too.

I like the price tag on it with the 39 cent. A symbol so old that it's not on computer keyboards. Very cool looking.

Nice find. I started with the Whitman folders. Brings back fond memories of my youth.
Rest in Peace

Very nice. I still have mine from about the same time period but I used mine. I still have coins in it even.

I still have all of my old folders. Some have coins that I added (again) as I found them in change, to pass the time when I could not add coins to my albums.
