The glare on the photo makes it tough to grade this one. Unable to see what the surfaces really look like.

It's impossible to judge the surface condition with those very bright photos.

The fields and devices are remarkably clear ... very little bag hits or chatter. I do not see any evidence of circulation rub.

This could be a high MS coin ... or it could be highly polished and glowing like a piece of chrome.

What do the surfaces look like in hand?

Looks like some scratches across the lower hair area and neck. A couple rim nicks on reverse. To much light which is washing out the surfaces to grade it.

agree with Panzaldi. Better pics are needed. Ones that where the lighting is correct and not washing out the coin surfaces.

I'm at unc details, I agree with 971793, possibly been dipped. Just looks like the luster is too muted to be original.

I see a very washed out luster on the coin so I will go with unc details cleaned...
