What a gorgeous strike and clean cheek, minor distractions in the fields but they are in a focal area; MS64, MS65 if the TPG agrees that the coin, on balance, is nicer than the slight chatter in the field. If the fields were a touch cleaner MS66 would be reasonable.

I agree with 65 but I wouldn't disagree with a 66 grade.

MS65+ and a 66 would not be a surprise at all. The field in front of the portrait keep it from being a strong 66.
