How can I decipher between a regular 1990 no S cent & a 1990 no S proof?

I wonder if that's why one of my 1976 cents is like reddish in color...


Also, I'm trying to upload an image but I am having a heck of a time. I can't seem to do it on my phone. I've been trying for days but cannot do it. Sigh.
