Tia,

Best to start a new thread per coin in the future. This latest one, though, has a hexastyle temple reverse...and I think I may read "TIVS" on the right obverse...so perhaps a Maxentius follis. Others may provide better info.

You're being bold, bidding on coins before knowing what they are! Take advantage of the board here and check beforehand...I'm sure you'd find that a number of folks are happy to assist.

Welcome to Ancient coin collecting. There is and old expression in this field "Bye the book before the coin" which is good advice. The internet has made it a little easier because there is so much useful information there that yo can almost get by without spending lots of money on books. We have a sticky section here titled, Books, Downloads, and Websites. There is some much information there that you can download that will help you learn about ancient coins. I recommend you check it out.

If you can take better pictures of this coin I'm sure we can help you ID it.

Tia,
Echizento provided the answer for you already, in the other thread:
