i am a little disappointed not being able to identify which coin I found, but it best resembles "CU-1c-1983-09", what does someone else think ? ?

38 seems kind of close too. There are no exact matches, so yous is in a die that is more or less affected than the examples on CoC. Can't wait until one of the experts here chimes in :-)
