There was a special toonie in 1999, showing an Inuit drumming. Its the Nunavut twoonie. This is a great question. I too would like this info. I know there is a few special mint mark coins.

1997 and 1998 Quarter. Lots of varieties of other denominations.

You would likely get more play in the circulation coin section.

The Mint did not strike Caribou circulation Quarters in 92,97,98,99 or 2000.
There were also no Loonies struck for circulation from 1997-2001.
No circulated Polar Bear Toonies were struck in 1999, 2000 and the 2006 Double Date.
These are all available in collector sets.

By "circulation coins" do you mean just the usual 7 coin designs and not circulation finish coins?

I mean that they were not meant for general circulation and
were minted in various finishes for collector sets only.
If you are only collecting business strikes, you can exclude
the years mentioned.
