this is a 2005 non magnetic. I know your eyes see what they want to, but this is too hard for me to tell. the pics are clearer if seen smaller. use control - .looks like filled die?

Looks like a "p" to me.
Wouldn't pay a premium for it though if it's not certified.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
