It shows they are getting desperate to sell coins, when they start offering a payment plan. Had they offered one with initial release of singing moon mask, I would of grabbed a set.

I am hoping to do payments on the longest reign set. I looked on ebay and the fractionals aren't going less than issue, then there's shipping, so savings there. It does say a lot about the health of the market, when they offer a payment plan. It does help, when you don't have the cash on hand. Especially with the rare coin that may sell out.

This set would of been nicer with different poses or finishes. All the same is rather boring. The best fractionals in silver are the lynx and the arctic fox. This is why the eagle and wolf sets don't appeal to me. The box is a nice touch, wish they would of done this for longest reign set. Lately the mint could always do just a tad better with design or presentation.

If you need to finance a $200 coin purchase, you shouldn't be buying coins.
