This could be an added mint mark.

The mint mark is too far to the right, and tilted. The only valid mint mark anywhere near this far fight is vertical (not tilted).

The stops after the D and B are close, unlike those on genuine San Francisco mint coins, but similar to some Philadelphia mint coins. This is another indicator that the mint mark may be added to a Philadelphia mint coin.
