It looks like it may be uncirculated but it's difficult to offer a grade estimate from these small images.

It was in a hard plastic container. I will try and get a larger shot. I was having getting an image size small enough to post.

If you're using the sites image optimizer try lowering the image quality some to get below 100kb. And crop your images to reduce the wasted pixels.

Fields look like a 64/65, but not certain since pic is so small.

It's impossible to give an accurate grade without larger, clearer images. Use the optimizer for better results.
