I recall prior to the launch of Global Shipping that items listed by US sellers who didn't ship to Canada did not appear on ebay.ca. That's because I recall looking at an item on ebay.com, realizing I was on the US site, not locating the same item on ebay.ca, trying to figure out why, then noticing the seller only shipped within the US. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Otherwise now with Global Shipping, like the cost or not, the door has been opened for us to buy from virtually all US sellers since items through that program can be conveniently shipped to Canada on their behalf.
