the angles on the 4's of the date confirms it is a DDO

it looks like 1944P-1DO-022

you can see faint die scratch by 9 and could be dot by e * r

I know this has been addressed before but I can't find it. How do you do an overlay, transparency change, from a CC photo. Help, link to explanation etc.
