Looks like an uncirculated 1952-S Jefferson nickle, I couldn't believe it when I saw it, I asked for others but there were none. See below:

Very nice. That's just one more example of why I check all of my change whenever I get it back. I always feel obligated to tell the clerks that I collect coins and am not double-checking for the correct amount.

Great. What you should now do is go back to where you got that and ask for all the Nickels they have. Tell them you'll replace them one for one. There may be more but I doubt it but nothing to loose by trying.
