An interesting thing about this coin is that it may have been in my collection for over 60 years! I started collecting in the late 1940s, so who knows! I would not have found it or looked for it if I had not seen the thread discussing them. This suggests to me that I need to check images on coppercoins for each year and then search that year in my collection for those coins! I think in all the various occasions when I looked at this 44, I just thought it was damage! Looks like I'll be busy for awhile! Report this Post to the Staff
