I see AU details cleaned & scratched on that one, I just don't see that one being problem free.

I see UNC details, scratched on obverse.

Maybe another guy that has connections with a grader?

#1: dipped and file-marked. Understandably in problem-free holder.

#2: file marks and one horizontal scratch in the center of both the obverse and reverse. Questionable why this got problem-free.

Those are file marks to adjust weight. It does appear dipped as well.

#1 is die file or weight adjustment marks as pointed out here. It was probably cleaned, but then again, so were most of the other ones left around.

#2 looks like original surfaces and has the same weight adjustment marks.
