This coin was in question at the LCS and I'm double checking it here. I'm no expert on these so any info will be of help. These are the best pictures I have so I hope they will suffice.

Did you try acetone to see if the mm would fall off? I'm not the best with washingtons so I couldn't tell you it's authenticity.

The blocky depressed mintmark is normal, it looks weird but that is exactly the way it is supposed to look when significantly circulated.

I am going to say that this one is real. With these, I have always heard that if the mintmark looks weird, it's real.

My opinion might change in hand, but looking at the photo I am inclined to say it is legitimate.

Looks OK to me. Agree that the semi-depressed mintmark always looks less worn than any other part of a circulated example.
