Liberty misalignment? Blotch underneath Lincoln's chin? Blotch on top of 1964? And 2 lines going across his nose?

LIBERTY looks normal to me. Mark on nose is damage blotch is a stain, under chin not sure.

A better picture would really help, but given what I can see I don't see anything abnormal = just some damage and circulation stain.

I don't see anything that can't be explained by normal circulation damage and staining, as has been said.
