Hello; I need help with this coin. What are the inscriptions on the coin? Can someone tell about it's origin? year produced? Is it an legitimate or fake coin? This particular item measures about 3.81cm. This morning by chance I discovered that it is attracted to magnets. That is about all I can write about this coin. It is a modern tourist replica/fake/forgery
The 38mm is very common for these coins/medals

I can not read the legend

The + on the first picture can be 10 and the symbols in the middle looks like yuan China) or yen (Japan)
The crosslike symbol on the second picture is '7'
That can mean (with the symbol above) year 7 of the ? era
