It's a doctored photo, so might be an MS-63 but hard to say.

This seller has a rep for using enhanced photos to make coins look better than they are. Nevertheless, this one looks pretty good. MS-63 seems likely and if the bid doesn't go much higher it might be a decent buy. There's a big price jump at MS-65 and if the seller was confident about a gem grade I wonder that they didn't try having it certified.

I'm not sure I'd go as far as doctored, but GSC does seems to have 'interesting' photographic techniques. They literally show the coin in it's best light. I'm not sure how they do it. I don't think it is just software manipulation. I've bought a few coins from them before, and I have been able to just about replicate their pictures of the coins I have. I think their photos are quite attractive, but I agree that they do not lead themselves to accurate grading. They don't have a lot of fans on this board. There was a recent post about shill bidding as well. I don't know buffalos , so I won't guess at the grade. It is not in a holder so there may be a reason why it was not sumitted.

They don't have many if any fans on any board that I'm aware of. I was just reading a post on another forum about GSC and same thing - buyer beware.
Rest in Peace

Yeah I'm with the Not A Fan of GSC crowd. there are a few hits on buffalos left leg, and Indian's hair braid not fully struck for a gem bu.

Too many dealers and coins out there to buy from someone like that.

I'd definitely pass on this one. Too many neg feedbacks about doctored pics. Also, IF it was actually a "GEM BU" I'd let the coin speak for itself, not the title and the doctored pictures..
