I think this coin is the Miller 5B2. The closest I can see in SCWC is KM-21. Anyone know for sure? Thanks

Yup, no question on this one, only use of this obverse punctuation and no other reverse combination. When it comes to attributing Connecticuts you gotta love the '88s!

I noticed the other impressions on the coin. I think it was struck over a Nova Constellatio cent. The obverse in the center has the eye in a circle with rays at the 10 to 12 o'clock position. The reverse bottom half left side has leaves that match the wreath on the reverse of the original coin along with part of a Script U.

I love the overstruck colonials, and yours has a bold undertype, Nice!

As to the variety of the undertype, the B of LIBERTAS is visible to the left of the 1 in the Connecticut date, so the visible segment of wreath is that adjacent to the bottom swoop of the cursive S. The layout of the wreath leaves there should make this a match for Nova Constellatio Crosby 4-D.

I agree Ed! I love these threads and how our fellow enthusiasts (detectives) work their magic. It's good to know that if I ever work my way back this far in my collection, there are champions here who can educate!
