AU55. Obverse luster is a bit subdued and she has her share of nicks and bruises but nothing severe. Eye appeal is average to good. This date is considered common and makes an excellent choice for a type due to the low premium over melt.

Thanks for the feedback. My dealer had this at AU-55. I got it for a small premium over melt so I'm happy. Plus 1882 west coast is a cool time in US history.

Agree 55. You would often find these sold as Uncs in the old days.

First thought was AU53 but I can see it at 55
