I've gotten a couple coins from ICG that graded out to this...what does it mean exactly?

WHEEL MARKS occur when a coin-counting machine has left a concentrated
series of hairlines or a highly polished spot. This may be narrowed down to
specify OBV WHEELMARK or REV WHEELMARK.

Shift the coin in the light and you should see a scuff patch of fine hairlines like a dremel with a fine wire brush barely touched it. That's the counting wheel damage
