I don't know if the Cud on the left wheatstock would count as Retained Cud, yet alone a separate Cud, or just a die chip but I think it's a Cud. The reverse at about 1 o clock has a Cud, as well. Unlisted on cuds-on-coins.com

Rim Cud and a chip. No Retained Cud.

A Cud involves the rim. If it does not involve the rim it is a break/chip.
