Mexico Centavos - Planchet Flaws?

Picked these two up at the LCS today while searching through a few hundred coins. Looks like the planchet was cracked somehow. It looks to me to have been there before minting.
Not a ton of value in these coins originally (and probably not much premium for the errors) but they are my first "legit" error coins, not PMD.
