In the item description it says:

In tonight's sale I am offering every date and mint in the twenties except 24-D. Check out all of these rolls: 1929-P, 1929-D, 1929-S, 1928-P, 1928-D, 1928-S, 1927-P, 1927-D, 1927-S, 1926-P, 1926-D, 1926-S, 1925-P, 1925-D, 1925-S, 1924-P, 1924-S, 1923-P, 1923-S, 1922-D, 1921-P, 1921-S, 1920-P, 1920-D, 1920-S.

it doesn't say that you get those coins but I bet the bidders read it quickly and thought they would get them.

The 1926S is $10.00 in Good according to a recent Coin Values magazine and $12.00 in Fine. It looks like some are in a better grade than that. I guess folks are really getting excited about the upcoming changes to the Lincoln Cent. I know that in the Atlanta area they are becoming pretty hot items especially better grade (VF+) Wheats. At $16.00 average for each, I guess the winner is counting on a few higher grades and a bump in value due to popularity.

1926S's are only around $2 in G-4 in both the RedBook and Numismedia. PCGS even only has them at $8. Even if people misread the description like bmanofnbc said, the only way it a roll of 25 would be worth that much is if it were filled with various 1922's.
