It may just be me but the surfaces and luster on this Morgan just doesn't seem natural to me.

Interestingly enough, it seems like almost all his Morgans have that same unusual Proof-like surface.

They all look the same...must be some crazy coincidence!

Here's another--and definitely not a struck surface--micro-bead blasting? Very high-tech looking, totally out the coin's character.

I too noticed that his Morgans seemed to have that, shall we say "silver surfer" look to them. Seems as if some type of plating has been done.

It's a "she." She's been an object of derision for quite a while; we've been watching her go thru "phases." She discovered VAM's about a year ago, and began listing Morgans with, according to her descriptions, "multiple VAM's." No amount of explanation made her understand what a VAM was - I tried myself to inform her and I know a few others who did, too.

Now it seems that she's discovered Photoshop. Almost all of her listings, and I follow all her listings, have the cheeks retouched (poorly, I might add) in Photoshop or something similar. This coin is no exception.

Looking more closely, I would have to agree. The stars are blurred--bad PS work.

So what happens when the buyers receive these Morgans and discover they're nothing like the photo?
Rest in Peace
