Found this awhile ago and going through my collection and trying to figure it out and have no clue. It looks like it was mounted to a pin at one time. Looks to be some type of art medal, maybe for some art expo? Any help is much appreciated.
an address (96 rue de la Glaciere - which appears to currently be a large apartment building)
Organization of Art for everyone
----- It looks like a badge or pin, perhaps worn by artists to advertise. If the pin broke off, the badge got lost, someone found it, and the rest is history.
