Unfortunately we need pictures in better focus. But I think the Coin is cleaned. I see hairlines on both sides

Thank you for this input - I really need to get good pictures
for all to look at. These particular coins have not seen the light of day since 1974 on the passing of my grandfather -
He & my grandmother started collecting I'm guessing in 1920 / 1930s
I would be very surprise to find these have been cleaned - however anything is possible. Again thank you so much - I will repost once I get my photo skills honed.

Please grade & Given previous comments this might have been polished
and not cleaned ? - opinion welcome (( collected 50yrs ago this much I know for sure )) Hoping my photo skill is better? I would like to show more coins here for grading versus sending out as I intend to keep and pass along to my children
