here's what I think is a nice die break in not only the field but also a little bit of the rim, and it looks like there's a crater PMD? and yes sadly the coin looks cleaned, darn it.

If you look, the raised part by the lower shoulder is peeled back. You can see where it is curved over, and you can see the outline of the place where the metal would fit if you folded it back. PMD caused the raised metal to peel back?

I agree this is a Lamination. JohnDeVito, its not PMD when the metal is peeled back in a lamination error.
