Any idea if this is a die crack or PMD?

I have another one as well that looks very similar, a 1943, looks like a die crack from rim to rim.

they are both planchet flaws, the color looks off because the coins were cleaned and the planchet flaws were full of tougher nooks and crannies to get in to.

Rest in Peace

Die cracks will always be raised, both of these look concave which would mean it has to be either a planchet flaw, or PMD, in this case its a flaw

On the 1941 cent obverse there is a die crack between R and E of REX at the top of the letters.
