I don't know how to describe this coin, it just looks...... odd, it's on both obverse and reverse.

Very worn die, or environmental damage.
If (hard to see, but it does seem that way) the design (e.g. Lincoln's bust) is just as affected as the fields, probably damage, sadly. But even if it is a worn die, it's not very valuable either way.
