i may be using the wrong terminology since I'm new, but in the die cap, the circle around. the outer edge of the die. it is like the die is off center.

it is a wee bit off center, is that what I'm seeing? They're not worth much, you can get a really off center modern U.S. Penny for maybe 2-5 dollars. So not worth much more than a penny, unless you find a person that's really into 1984 tiny bit off center pennies. Keep hunting, you'll have fun looking.

Here is one that sold on ebay for about 2 dollars with free shippinghttp://www.ebay.ca/itm/2008-Lincoln...AOSwwE5WXkbr

It's worth no more than a normal cent. MADs are extremely common and warrant no premium unless part of the design or field falls off the edge. Just spend it. However, there is a 'doubled ear' variety for 1984 that is worth something, so you may as well post the obverse.

to CCF, and keep looking for errors!
