I have an 1809 9/6 (9/inverted 9) which I'm quite happy with. It currently resides in my 7070. I would certainly go for the second coin.

On the second coin I think acetone first. Verdi is more for the "green" crud I think. Bad Thad could tell you more,you may want to PM him.
