Better photos would help but from what I can tell a VF coin but not EF as the holder suggests ..... Better pics needed to dial in closer!

Base on the hard to see photo's looks like mid VF.

I'd agree with SOME VF grade, although it's tough to narrow it down from the photos. Straight on shots of just the coin would make it easier to give a more definitive answer. There is no doubt it has been cleaned, as is true for the vast majority of the Seated Liberty coinage.

From these photos, probably VF-25 or 30.
