Has anyone ordered directly from the company?

Last I heard they only deal with a network of distributors and not directly with public sales. In that past, they used to do direct business with shop owners for custom albums but I believe that isn't being done anymore either.

Oh Darn, I was hoping they did.
I wanted a custom binder which they charge additional for it.
I doubt retailers will do it.
