Found this one going through my rolls of '59's and '59D's tonight. Spent 10 minutes staring at it and to me it matches the Wexler variety in the title. Just wanted to make sure it was legitimate.

Wow. I would have never thought to look in the last 9 for a misplaced RPM. I definitely see something similar in shape to the misplaced D mintmark in your picture. One of the people who have more expertise on Lincoln Cents may be of more help. I would say the obverse of the coin is AU 50 in my opinion. You should also show a full coin view of the reverse to get an overall true grade opinion.
