I'm working on the online order form for a group of coins to go to NGC. I have one coin that I'd like to have NCS conserve for me, but don't know how to indicate that on my order.

I've been trying to reach NGC by phone all day to ask about this, but there must be something wrong with their phone system because I can't get through and keep getting a "Your call cannot be completed at this time" message.

I have made a note about this on the "Notes" part of the order form, but don't know if I need to do anything else.

How do you go about this?

Thanks.

I believe you have to submit them separately. Here is the page with submission instructions: http://coins.www.collectors-society...uctions.aspx

Do not mix NCS and NGC submissions on the same form.

If shipping fees are of concern, I believe you can contact them and/or indicate it on the form that you want the submissions sent back together. I know they can do this with separate NGC submissions but I'm not sure about NCS with NGC. You should probably ask to make sure. Their email contact system is also a good way to contact them. I've used it several times and they reply back in a timely matter.

Thanks for the information.
